Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original packaging into a shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via email.
Drop Off Shipping
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
